How do I place a custom order?
Choose a product, upload your design or add your text/photo, preview it, then add to cart and check out. It takes just a few minutes.
What image quality should I upload?
For the best print, upload a clear, high-resolution image, PNG or JPG, ideally 300 DPI. Blurry or low-resolution images may not print sharply.
Can you help me design my product?
Yes. If you have an idea but no design file, write to us and our team will help.
Can I order in bulk for events or my company?
Absolutely. We accept bulk and corporate orders. Contact us for special pricing and timelines.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days and delivered in 5–8 working days, depending on your location.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS to follow your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available.
Are online payments safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We never store your card details.
Returns & Issues
Can I return a custom product?
Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind. But if your product arrives damaged, defective or wrongly printed, we will replace it.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
